KAF perceives FM as a strategic management tool, via which we achieve the optimum structure of non-production costs and thus also the corresponding quality and use of individual processes. We place emphasis on management, competences, responsibility, quality and a guarantee for the services provided. A Facility Manager is responsible for each job, who manages the multi-technical services provided by in-house employees together with outsourced services.
